Ron Paul Freedom Principals
There is one Congressman in Washington D.C. who has maintained his integrity while working in Washington, D.C. He is concerned about the sea of recklessness, lack of discipline, corruption, and abuse of power that has engulfed our nation.
That lonely Congressman is Dr. Ron Paul, a US House of Representatives member from the 14th District of Texas. Paul’s freedom principals are as follows:
1.) Rights belong to individuals, not groups.
2.) Property should be owned by people, not government.
3.) All voluntary associations should be permissible — economic and social.
4.) The government’s monetary role is to maintain the integrity of the monetary unit, not participate in fraud.
5.) Government exists to protect liberty, not to redistribute wealth or to grant special privileges.
6.) The lives and actions of people are their own responsibility, not the government’s.
If you feel that the US in recent years has varied off course with its domestic and foreign policies then you need to listen and read about Ron Paul. Paul is running for President as a Republican, but as an old fashioned one, not one of the new slick say anything for a vote modern variety.
Ron Paul was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Gettysburg College and the Duke University School of Medicine, before proudly serving as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force during the 1960s. He and his wife Carol moved to Texas in 1968, where he began his medical practice in Brazoria County.
As a specialist in obstetrics/gynecology, Dr. Paul has delivered more than 4,000 babies. He and Carol, who reside in Lake Jackson, Texas, are the proud parents of five children and have seventeen grandchildren.
Dr. Paul has expressed his concern about the course that America is on. Not as a politician who shifts his opinions with every poll but as a thinking American who is not afraid to state the truth.
Ron Paul makes sense while the candidates from both parties only make shallow sound bite statements. Listen to what Ron Paul has to say. If you do you will probably want to vote for the only sane man or women running for President, Dr. Ron Paul.
