A Simple And Effective Self Esteem Treatment Plan
We’re going to talk about a simple self esteem treatment plan.
The majority of self esteem issues stem from the mind. But that doesn’t mean we should completely ignore the physical side. Sometimes, we can treat low self esteem with actual medication. Low self esteem seems to be prominent these days, and the crowd keeps getting bigger! Let’s explore a few options we have.
First
The mind is usually attributed to the majority of self esteem issues. But there are few cases where self esteem is physical-based, and we cannot ignore that. So make a note of checking your physical self in your treatment plan.
Let me elaborate: Imagine that your body stinks. You don’t notice it til the girl next to you starts walking away from you. You get embarrassed. Sure, the mind was affected, but it came from a purely physical situation.
This situation is simple enough - Just take a shower. Even though it was simple, you still need to include these types of cases in your treatment plan.
Second
All right, let’s switch gears and talk about the mental issue of low self esteem.
In a nutshell, change begins from within. As hard as it sounds, at the core, you need to start viewing yourself in a positive light. Once that happens, others will start seeing you in a similar light.
Start small with this: Whenever you “hear” that negative voice, talk aloud in a positive way to combat it back. It’ll feel weird at first so start small and keep going.
Keep trying. Really work to make it a habit. But if you don’t notice significant results, or you feel your condition worsening, think about looking for professional therapy sessions.
This will keep you busy for the first few days. Keep it up!
