Using Your eBooks To Piggy Back on Your Competition’s Products

Have you ever thought about using your eBook to cross-promote it as a free bonus with your competitor’s products? This is one great reason why you should be creating eBooks.

‘What?’ I know a lot of you may be thinking that right now, but it is exactly what I mean. Look at who is selling competitive products to you and ask them if they would be interested in using your eBook to add value to their package.

People are always interested in looking to add more value to their current products or services. Now you’re giving them a reason and a very easy way to add value to their current products or package.

You may be thinking, well what is in it for you? This will allow you to cross-promote your products or services.

This can be easily done. You can gain new customers by talking about your own products and services within the pages of the eBook, right?

Now, you don’t want to make your eBook one big sales pitch for one of your products or it is unlikely that your competition will bundle it with their own package and people won’t take you seriously.

One of the strategies that I teach people when we go through the mechanics of actually creating your very first eBook, is I talk about how to integrate cross promotion within your eBook so it doesn’t come off like a sales pitch, yet you still get the benefit of informing people of your other products or services. So I want you to constantly think on that road, too.

Starting a Home Business on a Budget

Starting up a business at home can be difficult. People usually start a home business for two reasons: one to supplement their current income and the other is because they are unemployed.

Many people shun away from starting their own home based business because they think they don’t have the start up capital to get going. There are ways though that you can start that business of your dreams with very little start up money.

Delete all the possibilities that you ask for a start-up fee. It is almost guaranteed that they will rip you off.

They are filled with completely false promises that follow a glorified promotion. Obviously you will need a web page and a hosting package but keep in mind that there are places where you can go step by step and design your own web page, even with little or no skill.

Web Hosting Packages will take place sometimes about $ 40. You do not need to pay all that much for hosting. You can usually get a good accommodation program for about $ 5 per month.

Buy your business domain for a ten year period because you get a much better price this way. Besides saving yourself some money you are also displaying the fact that you plan to be in business for a long time.

This indicates that you have faith in yourself and that is a good thing. Your home business should not be expensive to start.
