Deviations From the Mean

I am trying an experiment at Deviations From the Mean Blog and hope that you will participate.

For now I am adopting an open comment format to the blog. That is you can register as a contributor and post anything that you wish to post as long as it is not indecent, hate mongering, is very poorly written, or grossly commercial in nature ( like lots of links to affiliate sites for example. One or two is OK ). I do reserve the sole right to delete objectionable posts but hope that it will be unnecessary to exercise that right.

Please post your comments and articles in a civil manner. Keep in mind that this is a general audience participation site so while we want you to have the ability to clearly state your opinions don’t shout them out or use excessively vulgar language.

Yes, yes, I know this experiment is to see if folks can self police themselves and add quality content to the site but if a few cannot control themselves those few will not be welcome here.

I think that the majority of folks who will want to post on this site will add value that can be shared by all. Self improvement should be a continuing process throughout ones life and reading and thinking about the content of quality articles can be a major assistance in changing ones life for the better.

Should you wish to become famous as a contributor please register your user name and email address at the bottom right where it says “register”. Your email address will be only used to send you a password so that you can log in as a contributor.
